Compliance & Policies
Prescription medicines will only be dispensed against a valid prescription verified by our on-staff pharmacist. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. GST is included in the invoice.
Your prescriptions and health data are stored securely and never shared with third parties. Data is used solely to fulfil your orders and comply with regulations.
Refunds for cancelled or damaged orders are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.
